HOUSE RULES: 

 

  1. All guests must sign a separate rental agreement upon arrival along with valid ID.

  2. You will be required to leave a fully refundable deposit of 1,500$ USD via credit card at check in. Credit card is a must in order to check in. Without it you will not be able to check in.

  3. If you plan to have more than 18 guests, please let me know. Anyone who’s names are not written in the rental agreement will not be allowed to enter. 

  4. Unfortunately no pets are allowed in the property. Allergens from pet hair can stay some time and it will inconvenience guests with allergies. 

  5. No parties allowed unless they’re professionally catered events hosted by our events team. 

  6. No loud music during specific hours (Music is ok between the hours of 10am to 9pm) 

  7. If you plan to have any visitors that are not registered, please let the Concierge know prior to invite. 

  8. Services are offered with us at very discounted rates. Our vendors are also familiar with our staff as well as the equipment. Therefore, outside vendors are not permitted

  9. No smoking or vaping indoors (please make sure that if you’re smoking outside, that all doors and windows are closed) 

  10. No eating food in pools or hot tubs. Drinking is ok as long as you do not use glass cups. (Plastic cups only) 

  11. Non compliance by any of these house rules may result in eviction and forfeit of deposit.
